Responsibilities:

Evaluate and optimize recruitment marketing strategy;
Oversee and approve development of all marketing materials: from texts to animated videos;
Facilitate ideation for new campaigns and foster creativity within a team;
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, improve their effectiveness;
Lead the marketing team of circa 10 members - manage, retain, engage and empower each specialist;
Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including recruitment, employer brand, locations management, etc;
Build and support a growth-mindset culture within the team.

Requirements:

Strong strategic marketing experience with total of 5+ years of relevant experience;
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing;
Previous managerial experience is required with demonstrated ability to grow and lead a cross functional team;
Exceptional communication skills for working closely with various stakeholders;
Strong organizational, project management and leadership skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset which strives for more and finds opportunities.
