Project Overview:

The mission of Internal Communication at Intellias is to support the Company's culture, values, and ethics and help achieve its business goals with the help of effective culture-driven communication. We are building an open, two-way communication across the Company, where each employee is informed and engaged.

We are looking for a specialist with excellent communication skills and mature experience in the organization of effective communication campaigns. The candidate should be experienced in multitasking – orchestrating complex long-term campaigns, managing the communication channels, and quickly reacting to the need to communicate ad-hoc news.

Responsibilities:

Together with the team, create and implement complex communication campaigns for employees using various communication channels;
Regularly manage corporate communication channels – weekly digest, Intellias TV, etc;
Develop a process of gathering information from internal stakeholders, systematizing and producing the content in articles, infographics, presentations, and digests;
Together with the team, be involved in corporate events organization – CEO Town halls, meetings with newcomers, etc;
Work with designers and video agencies to illustrate messages and create visual concepts for communication campaigns;
Write clear, concise, and engaging texts for the internal audience according to the Company's style and tone;
Create and support content plan, with other team members be an internal journalist.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Internal Communication / HR Marketing / Employer Branding / PR;
Experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns;
Confident collaborating with peers and colleagues at all levels of an organization, capability of cross-functional collaboration;
Expertise in various tools and platforms dedicated for internal communication;
Highly organized, disciplined, and precise to details in work processes;
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills;
Crisis management, ability to work in stressful situations;
Self-motivated, able "getting things done";
English level — advanced; high level of literacy in Ukrainian;
Good understanding of the IT industry.
