Project Overview:

Our client is the fastest-growing global tobacco manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products. Intellias' mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and eCommerce space.
A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is an advanced eCommerce platform comprised of a set of capabilities including online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services.

As a market Roll-out coordinator, you will be responsible for the deployment of the platform on the specific European markets within the existing ecosystem of cloud services (eCommerce and other apps). You will be managing, supporting, and coordinating the various teams and stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with a product team and implementation teams to enhance the current market both for business capabilities AND technical excellence - e.g. availability, observability, performance, and other non-functional aspects.

Responsibilities:

Steer and coordinate digital feature integration and rollout;
Serve as the main point of contact for various stakeholders and manage projects within agreed timings;
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Markets;
Report project status on a weekly basis – perform virtual calls;
Communicate release-related needs to Development and QA teams;
Manage required activities related to delivering to the Customer.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in equivalent positions for internet-based applications, especially multi-tenant architecture-based;
3+ years of experience in project or product management roles within an agile software development environment;
Participation in enterprise-level projects with advanced IT systems landscape and numerous set of stakeholders;
Desirable experience in requirements collection, prioritization, and implementation tracking. (BA or PO experience in the past);
Good relationship management;
Experience in dependency and risk management;
Experience in project planning, reporting;
Very proficient in English.
